Training and development mechanism at Black Leopard –
On the Job Training: The training is held once in a week which includes the essential duties, reporting, day happenings, and many other special instructions. The entire training program is conducted by the Assignment Manager / Supervisor.
Fire fighting training: Practical demonstration is given to our staff along with lectures to let them learn and understand the process of how well they can manage fire fighting sudden situations. All the training and development needs are managed by a Training officer or assigned manager.
